On February 7, 2023, NSK was again certified and awarded the “Kurumin Mark” for company HR systems and ongoing initiatives supporting working parents. NSK has been certified since 2017.
Based on the “Act on Advancement of Measures to Support Raising Future Generations,” the Kurumin Mark certification is granted by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare to companies that meet various standards considered essential to be a “company that supports child-rearing parents” and further have formulated an action plan with future initiatives and performance indicators.
