How many years have you been with NSK?
I joined NSK-RHP in May 1994 as a Sales & Marcoms Co-ordinator. After some company re-organization into Business Units my job purpose and title changed to Business Analyst.
What is your background?
Degree level in marketing and business, I have more than 15 years of experience in marketing areas and business control.
What is your role at NSK?
Business Analyst that includes Budget and MTP forecasting. Follow sales and profit figures to prevent any deviation from maximising sales and profit.
MARCOMS activities to improve NSK Brand Awareness in Spain with different and new actions developing a Spanish communication plan both with master distributors and directly to the market.
How did you achieve this position?
As NSK has grown during recent years so I identified some areas and opportunities where I could develop my skills working in a team.
Why did you choose NSK?
I wanted to join a Worldwide Company where I could develop my personal and professional skills, my creativity and knowledge.
How did you first hear about NSK?
My first contact with NSK was in my job interview. I worked in another multinational Japanese company before, but it was in a different market sector.
What do you enjoy most in your job?
Working for NSK I have a wide vision of the business, but I am also involved with working closely with customers. I really enjoy being able to work day by day with autonomy and passion to achieve NSK goals.
What is your advice for new employees?
If you want a job with a company that is a leader in the bearing industry, focusing on service, with teamwork and the opportunity to develop your professional skills to a high level, NSK is a good challenge.

What is the most important aspect of your job?
Under my multi-functional responsibilities the most important thing is to match customer expectations proactively, trying to make good suggestions, and take accurate decisions.

I’d define them as professional, teamworkers, focused on the service of customers expectations, who feel excited to achieve new goals to develop a strong NSK presence throughout the world.
