COVID-19 - Information for our customers, partners, suppliers and employees
Facing the serious global COVID-19 situation, NSK Europe continues to place the highest priority on the health and safety of our employees, customers and suppliers whilst working intensely to ensure business and supply continuity for our customers.
Key steps we have taken include:
- Our European Distribution Center in the Netherlands took swift measures to secure operations. No external visitors or truck drivers were permitted to enter the facility and warehouse shifts were segregated with no overlap in shift change-overs whilst office workers either work from home or are physically separated over multiple office areas.
By taking such measures, we are able to protect our people and maintain operations.
- Our plants in Poland, UK and Germany have taken similar protective measures. They have reasonable safety stocks of components and raw materials and are working closely with our suppliers to manage their supply chain and secure maintain production.
- In our sales, engineering and support functions, many employees are working from home and we have split teams to further protect our operations. Our systems are working well to ensure we continue to do business and communicate effectively.
