“I started as a Sales Support Engineer at NSK two years ago. What does my job entail? I help clients and distributors with any questions they might have about using our products. Technical training courses and seminars are also part of my job.
You need an in-depth technical understanding for this role, which is something I have gained through my Master’s Degree in Mechanical and Machinery Engineering as well as through my experience in Sales Engineering and the Automotive Industry.
I came across NSK when I replaced a bearing in a component on my vehicle. I have to say that NSK is my ideal employer because it enables me to use my expertise for one of the world’s largest manufacturers of technical products – bearings and linear systems – and to further develop my knowledge too.
Getting to know different industries is particularly interesting for me. NSK is active in lots of different areas and sectors, and it’s intriguing to see how NSK products are used in such a wide range of applications. By providing technical support, I can help to make sure our products are used in the best possible way and achieve their full potential. I can see the results of my work – for me, that’s just as motivating as the opportunities which NSK gives me to keep developing my skills.
