NSK-Warner was established in 1964 as a joint venture between NSK Ltd. and BorgWarner Inc. of the United States. Both of these companies have a long history and high technology, and play a major role in the global automotive industry.

For more than half a century, NSK-Warner has been working on an integrated system from research and development to production as a specialized manufacturer of clutch products with a strong sense of mission to contribute to the development of the automobile industry by leveraging the technological and sales capabilities of our parent companies. Currently, we have production plants in 4 countries around the world, including Japan in order to meet the needs of our customers.
