What is APS ? (Advanced Production System)
It is a new NSK’s production system, and it is an activity whose main purpose is to reduce costs.
This activity is a fusion of the three circles of “TPS”, “TPM”, “TQM”, and we are working to develop operators who are particularly strong in equipment. NSK-Warner are working to “Improving Productivity”, “Reducing Defects”, and “Reducing Inventory” by analyzing and improving non-operating hours. This activity aims to develop human resources who can recognize waste in the workplace as waste and raise awareness of improvement.
