概要

NSK的止推滾子軸承包括採用圓柱滾子的產品和採用球面滾子的產品。雖然這類軸承僅能承受軸向載荷，但具有適於承受重載荷及軸剛性高之特點。其中，止推球面滾子軸承，滾子中部鼓起，具有調心功能，因此，這種軸承不受安裝誤差及軸撓曲的影響。標準配置的保持器，為機械加工的黃銅製品；E型產品採用沖壓加工的保持器，具有大載荷容量之特點。

特徵

具有結構簡單、承載力大、剛性高的特性。由於滾輪上發生差動滑動，因此不適合高速旋轉。還需要提供一個引導保持器的結構。

應用實例

工具機工作轉盤、破碎機轉盤、擠壓機

使用圓錐滾子的止推軸，TT型在外輪有擋邊，TF無擋邊。
TT型適用於徑向方向可確實固定的情況，TTF型可容許運轉中些微的組裝誤差。

使用球面滾子的止推軸承，具有調心性。不受安裝誤差、軸撓曲的影響。除傳統型之外，有以高負荷設計，使用沖壓保持器的E型。（公稱代號之末標有E的記號）。用於橫向軸、高速旋轉時，推薦使用帶銅合金車削保持器的軸承。詳情請與NSK商洽。
滾子頭部和內輪擋邊之間，保持器與導套之間的滑動接觸面等，潤滑劑不易潤滑的部分多，因此，即使是低速旋轉也採用油潤滑。傳統型保持器為銅合金車削保持器。

FAQs

The fixed-side ring (outer ring) does not require especially precise positioning; however, a guide should be used to prevent the raceway from shifting and protruding from the rolling surface of the rollers.

This clearance is recommended for thrust ball bearings as they may be subject to radial loads. Cylindrical roller thrust bearings cannot handle radial loads by design, so such a large clearance is not necessary.

With the exception of cylindrical roller thrust bearings and some tapered roller thrust bearings (TTF type), it is possible in theory for thrust roller bearings to take radial loads to a certain percentage of the axial load. However, stable operation under these conditions requires careful restrictions.

For this reason, we primarily recommend thrust roller bearings for axial load applications.
