Increasing the accuracy of bearing parts achieves low vibration during rotation. In addition, the high rigidity engineered polymer PPS resin cage demonstrates excellent wear resistance, resulting in lower amount of wear during initial operation and thus longer grease life.

1. Increasing the accuracy of bearing parts achieves low vibration during rotation. Optimized internal design of the bearings and improved fabrication technology extends bearing life by 60% compared to conventional bearings.

2. A PPS resin cage reduces amount of wear during initial operation and improves grease life. Low heat generation NN-Z series for higher speeds are also available.
